Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard was established by Patrick Salvi in
Waukegan, Illinois in 1982. With offices in Chicago and Waukegan, the
law firm has 11 lawyers and is supported by more than 25 staff members
including paralegals, nurse paralegals and administrative assistants.
While the Firm is headquartered in Illinois, we successfully litigate
cases throughout the country. Many of the Firms
lawyers are licensed outside of Illinois and/or enjoy strong local
counsel relationships with out-of-state lawyers.
Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard concentrates on medical malpractice,
personal injury and wrongful death cases. These types of cases include:
birth injuries; medical misdiagnosis; nursing home negligence; car,
tractor-trailer accidents, airplane and train accidents; construction
accidents; product and premises liability; and animal attacks. Since the
Firm has a number of cases involving complex medical issues, we have a
network of national experts and in-house medical staff available to
enhance your lawyer's knowledge of your case and provide you with clear
understanding of medical terminology and proper medical procedure.
When choosing Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard, you gain all the
resources of a law firm routinely listed by Chicago Lawyer magazine as
one of the top plaintiff law firms (by total yearly settlements) in
Illinois. In addition, the Firm has been listed by U.S. News and Best
Lawyers in the "2012 Best Law Firms" survey for the state of Illinois.
Our lawyers are also recognized among the best in the nation by their
legal peers. For instance, Patrick Salvi is named one of the "Best
Lawyers in America" by Woodward/White, Inc. Patrick Salvi and David
Pritchard -- the Firm's leadership -- have both been awarded the
"Highest Rating for Legal Ability and General Recommendation" from the
Martindale Hubbell American Law Directory. They also are ranked in the
"Top 5% of all Lawyers in Illinois" from a survey of their legal peers
by the Law Bulletin Publishing Company's Leading Lawyer Network.
While past performance is no guarantee of future results, it is
reassuring to know that we obtain substantial recoveries across the
nation on behalf of our clients -- over 195 cases with a minimum result
of $1 million, totaling more than $650 million in various types of
personal injury and wrongful death cases. Some of these cases were
record-breaking settlements or verdicts. For a serious injury claim,
turn to an Illinois law firm with a record of success and a team of
skilled accident attorneys who know how to get results.
