Professional Liability

• Worldwide coverage territory with claims brought in the U.S., Canada or U.S. Territories
• Optional extended reporting period - one, three, five and unlimited years
• Loss of earnings/defense reimbursement
• Free automatic extended reporting for death, disability and retirement under certain conditions

Short-Term Medical

Temporary health insurance for people who are:

• Between jobs or laid off
• Looking for a lower-cost alternative to COBRA
• Recent college graduates
• Waiting for employer-sponsored coverage

Group Term Life Insurance

• The plan provides members with group term life insurance protection in the amount you select, from $25,000 to $1M.
• Level premiums - 10 to 20 years
• Available to members under age 60 who are actively at work
• Pay no premiums if you're disabled
• Protection for Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D)
• Accelerated life benefit

Accidental Death & Dismemberment Coverage

This plan provides up to $500,000 in benefits for the leading cause of death accidents. Coverage available to a member's spouse, dependent children and employees. Worldwide coverage on or off the job.

Health Insurance - Group and Individual

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois individual plan offers you exceptional value while ensuring you and your covered family members complete freedom of choice. Group coverage is available to firms with three or more employees.
