New Admittees: New Admittees in Illinois are eligible for up to one year free membership immediately following admission date. Please select the "Attorney Membership" option when completing the form below. Click here for more information on free membership.

Attorney Members: The CBA's annual membership period runs June 1st - May 31st. New members joining June - November need to submit full annual dues. New members joining December - March need to submit half the annual dues. New members joining April - May that are not enrolling in CLE Advantage need to submit full annual dues for the upcoming membership year and will receive April and May of the current year free. New members joining April - May that are enrolling in CLE Advantage need to submit half the annual dues for the current membership year along with their payment for CLE Advantage.

Student Members: The CBA student membership period runs December 1st - November 30th. Student members need to submit full annual dues regardless of enrollment date.

Associate Members (Non-Lawyers): The CBA's annual membership period runs June 1st - May 31st. New members joining June - November need to submit full annual dues. New members joining December - March need to submit half the annual dues. New members joining April - May that are not enrolling in CLE Advantage need to submit full annual dues for the upcoming membership year and will receive April and May of the current year free. Non-Member Online Account: All non-member customers must complete an online profile to obtain an account number to register for seminars and events, purchase books, etc.

Law student membership is open to law students who are enrolled in ABA accredited law schools or recent law school graduates who are preparing to take the bar exam and/or awaiting results of the bar exam. Law student membership does not apply to licensed attorneys returning to school.
