  1. Video and Audio Test
    If you cannot see or hear the video to the left, please try the following:
     
    • Install the Adobe Flash Player

    • If you do not see the video player on the left but instead see a black box, you need to install the Adobe Flash Player.

      Please note the link above will forward you to Adobe's website for the installation process.

    • Ensure the RTMP Protocol is Enabled

    • Videos are delivered via the RTMP Protocol. If you are able to see the video player but no video is playing, please consult with the person in charge of your Internet connection to assist you.
  2. JavaScript Test
    Once the video has played, you should see "Passed" below the video player. If you do not, please try the following:
     
    • Ensure JavaScript is Enabled (IE users only)

      1. From within Internet Explorer, click Tools and Internet Options.

      2. Click the Security tab. Click the Custom level button.

      3. Scroll down until "Active Scripting" under the "Scripting" header. Ensure the "Enable" radio button is selected. If not, click Enable, and then click OK to close the window. Click OK again to close the Internet Options window.

      4. Restart Internet Explorer

    • Check for conflicts from third-party toolbars or add-ons

    • Third-party toolbars or browser add-ons can prevent JavaScript from working correctly.

      If the video has completed but the message below the player has not changed to "Passed", try disabling any toolbars or add-ons that you have installed within your Internet browser and try again.

    • Try another Internet browser

    • If you are still having trouble viewing the video or passing the JavaScript test, try using another Internet browser such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
