Lessons From the Lost and Found Lawyers

At any time in your career you may feel a sense of ambivalence or doubt about whether you are in the right career, headed in the right direction with your career, or wonder how to plan for your career future. This presentation is designed to address these issues and to help lawyers to plan for a successful and realistic career transition that really works for them. It will include practical information about how to do-it-yourself as well as when to realize that you need outside help to achieve a successful career transition.

Sheila Nielsen, M.S.W., J.D., Nielsen Career Consulting
Sheila Nielsen has been a career counselor working almost exclusively with lawyers for the past 20 years. She has counseled and coached over 2500 attorneys to date.

Seminar Materials
Materials for all seminars will be available to download or print under the CLE tab. You must be registered for the seminar and logged into the website to access the materials. Hard copies of materials will be available at seminars if they are pre-ordered at an additional cost of $25 per seminar. (CLE Advantage members are required to pay this fee to receive hard copies of seminar materials.)

Registration/Cancellation Policy
Registrations must be received 3 hours prior to the start of the seminar or the $10 on-site registration fee will apply. All cancellations must be received in writing 24-hours prior to the seminar to receive a refund (fax 312-554-2054 or email seminars@chicagobar.org). CLEAdvantage members who do not cancel in writing 24-hours prior to the seminar will be subject to a $15 cancellation fee.
