Project management has long been used in the information technology world to deliver products and services on time and on budget. Many law firms are now incorporating these principles into their workflow to deliver better client services. How can a law firm harness activities like calendaring, tasks, and checklists to create project plans? What elements are necessary to predict a budget for a project, thus offering a client optional fee structures while keeping the firm profitable? What tools are in the market that can help with creating a project plan and sticking to it? Our experts will talk about the basics of project management as a tool for any size law firm to look at how matters and cases are handled in a systematic way.
