Box (formerly is a ready-for-business online document repository similar to Dropbox but with robust security, functionality, and support. Box has a variety of collaboration tools and uses perfect for today's law firm.

In this session we will cover:
  • Setting up your Box Account
  • Syncing Box with a folder on your computer
  • Adding files to your account
  • Sharing a Box folder
  • Sharing documents through Box
  • Securing your Box account with Two Factor Authentication will be accessed in the training, and a wifi connection will be available. Attendees will not need a account prior to training. This will be a hands-on session. Attendees are encouraged to bring their laptops and to follow with the instructor.

Registration / Cancellation Policy

In Person: Registrations for attending programs in-person must be received 3 hours prior to the start of the program or a $10 on-site registration fee will apply. All cancellations for in-person attendance must be received in writing 24-hours prior to the seminar to receive a refund (fax 312-554-2054 or email CLEAdvantage members who do not cancel in-person registration in writing 24-hours prior to the seminar will be subject to a $15 cancellation fee.

Webcast: Registrations for attending a program via live webcast must be completed online prior to the publicized start time of the webcast. Persons registering for webcasts can view webcasts as live or archived events. Cancellations for webcast registrations from non-CLE Advantage members must be received in writing 24-hours prior to the seminar to receive a refund (fax 312-554-2054 or email

Information on Seminar Materials

Materials for all seminars will be available to download or print under the CLE tab. You must be registered for the seminar and logged into the website to access the materials. Hard copies of materials will be available at seminars if they are pre-ordered at an additional cost of $25 per seminar. (CLE Advantage members are required to pay this fee to receive hard copies of seminar materials.)
