Litigation finance gives law firms greater flexibility to meet client pressure for reduced or alternative fees, enhancing both client service and competitiveness. At this seminar, Burford Capital, the world's largest finance firm focused on the law, will provide an in-depth background on commercial litigation financing and how law firms can use litigation finance to their clients' advantage. Attendees will also learn about ethical considerations, the finance provider's role, the investment process, criteria that litigation finance companies consider and the questions lawyers and firms should ask when assessing a potential litigation finance provider.
