SPEAKER: Jennifer Welch, Policy Advisor to Attorney General Lisa Madigan TOPIC: will present on the new domestic violence-related laws going into affect January 1, 2010 as well as updating the committee on the implementation of the Bischoff law which allows for the GPS monitoring of persons who are charged with or convicted of violating orders for protection.
