Prof. Anne-Marie Rhodes, a professor in trusts and estates law from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, recently published a casebook on the transactional aspects of art law, Art Law: Cases and Materials. The presentation will center on the appraisal process for estate assets, using art and other creative works as the discussion point.
