TOPIC: Many states are experiencing rapid growth of small wind, rooftop solar, and other forms of distributed electricity generation. This CLE will highlight the potential and growing pains of our increasingly decentralized electricity market, focusing on the current policy landscape in Illinois and some of the legal and policy innovations states are using to promote the growth of distributed generation.
