Mortgage and Foreclosure Issues as It Relates to Civil Rights
Kelli Dudley is the Director of the Resistance Legal Clinic. This small clinic provides brief advice to homeowners in foreclosure and with related issues. In the summer of 2012, its first three months of existence, the Clinic helped approximately 50 homeowners and attended three Save-Your-Home events sponsored by the Illinois Attorney General and a non-profit organization. In Fall 2012, Resistance continued educating homeowners, students, and attorneys about foreclosure. All of this work was done with no funding.
