Join us as Richard Wilson of Grund & Leavitt, P.C. gives an overview of the current state of marriage equality in the US, and around the world, with a particular emphasis on both the state of the law in Illinois since the enactment of the Civil Union Act in 2011, as well as the unavoidable conflict between state marriage laws and federal law, specifically the Defense of Marriage Act.
