Professor Marc Ginsberg, The John Marshall School of Law

Domestic Violence Hearsay Exception
Most recently a litigator with Dykema Gossett in Chicago, Marc Ginsberg joins the full-time faculty after being an instructor and adjunct faculty member at John Marshall. A graduate of the law school, Professor Ginsberg was a member of the John Marshall Law Review. He was formerly a partner with Rooks Pitts in Chicago. Professor Ginsberg has authored several book chapters and continues to publish scholarship in the area of healthcare.
He has taught Agency & Unincorporated Business Entities, Torts I, Torts II, AIDS & the Law, and Medical Liability & Treatment Relationships. He teaches Civil Procedure II, Evidence, and Medical Negligence.
