This seminar is intended for practitioners who have a passing familiarity with special needs trusts but would like to learn more.  It will provide a more in-depth look at special needs trusts: from when such a trust may be appropriate, how to draft one, and the “do’s and don’ts” of special needs trust administration.  The goal of the seminar is to provide not only a refresher course on special needs trusts but practical pointers to assist those practicing elder and/or disability law.
