Trust Administration Without (most of) the Headaches - W

Co-presented by a trust officer and an estate planning attorney, this seminar guides practitioners in structuring and administering trusts to make the process as smooth as possible. Drafting considerations such as the inherent trade-off between control and flexibility, distribution standards, and trustee selection are considered, followed by a discussion of a variety techniques to facilitate trust administration.
