Whether we are ready to embrace it or not, change is happening all around us in the legal profession. Illinois and a growing number of other states are working to modernize the Rules of Professional Conduct to make the practice of law more sustainable for lawyers and improve access to justice for the growing number of people who can’t find or afford legal help when they need it.
