One of CBA President Steven Elrod’s bar year goals is to focus member attention on civics, civility, and collegiality. This program will address how to deal with a difficult boss, co-worker, opposing counsel or client; how to deliver bad news civilly and effectively; and how to manage hard conversations with collegiality.

Jayne Reardon

Rudhir Krishtel is a professional attorney coach focusing on making the law a healthy practice, managing workplace intensity, and having difficult conversations. Rudhir got his JD in 2002 from the University of Maryland Law School. Kathy Morris is an attorney career advisor and professional development leader at Under Advisement, Ltd., www.underadvisement.com.
