Communicating With Clients, Co-workers & the Courts - W

Communication is sometimes difficult. Often we are asked to engage with people who see things in a way that we do not.  This workshop will focus on identifying barriers to understanding and participants will have a chance to practice techniques for having more productive conversations.

You will also receive a brief primer on how to become a certified mediator and obtain mediation experience by volunteering with the Center for Conflict Resolution.
