Intellectual Property Law: Beer, Wine, Spirits and the Law

This seminar aims to show how the law influences our favorite crafts brews, vintages, and after-work cocktails. Each of our speakers will discuss different topics, including regulatory compliance, legislative history, the effects of intellectual property for clients in these industries, and how the beer, wine, and spirits industries can use intellectual property to succeed.

Attorneys of all experience levels and people outside the legal industry will learn about the impact the law has on beer, wine, and spirits. The law weaves a tight web through these industries. At the end of the seminar, attendees will be able to appreciate all the work that goes into preparing their favorite alcoholic beverage.
