Corporate Lawyer's Guide To Environmental

The seminar's goal is to provide legal practitioners with knowledge of environmental law in order to limit liability when buying and selling real estate. The first presentation will focus on substantive information and legal principals and the second presentation will apply those concepts through two case illustrations. After, there will be a panel of experts discussing the presented material, sharing insights on current environmental issues, and addressing participants' questions. Our presenters and experts have a wide variety of experience from working in the government to private practice in both litigation and transactional work.
