3rd Annual Implicit Bias Series (2020-2021)


During the 2020-21 bar year, the CBA implicit Bias Institute will offer quarterly programming on current topics focused on diversity and inclusion, disruption of implicit bias, and the eradication of cross-cultural prejudice that affect society’s ability to thrive in workplaces transformed by new COVID-19 social protocols. Harmonizing with strategic partners such as published authors, industry experts, and university faculty, this year’s programming will address the challenges of a “ new normal” and the urgency for a new dialog about how implicit bias effects lawyers lives and practices. Programs will archived for on-demand viewing after the live air date.

Ina Winston, Immigration Supervisory Attorney at the Greater Chicago Legal Clinic, will answer questions posed by CBA members and the members of a PNCC stakeholders consortium of 70 community-based organizations in Chicago’s Latinx, Chinese and African American communities.
