The Chicago Bar Association is proud to present the Working Women’s Legal Summit on March 8, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., at The Chicago Bar Association. The conference will feature women leaders from within the legal profession who will highlight the lessons they’ve learned and provide plenty of advice and insight to female attorneys on propelling their careers forward in the field of law. The day also includes a special luncheon celebrating Women’s History Month and the progress of women lawyers in the workplace. Jane DiRenzo Pigott, managing director or R3 Group LLC, will present the keynote address, “The Pay Gap Explained: Why It Exists How We Close It,” during the luncheon.

Panelists will cover a wide-range of topics during the conference, including the state of women in the workplace, overcoming obstacles at every stage of your legal career, workplace policies that work for everyone, and social expectations and impediments affect a women’s success in the workforce.
