It will be an entertaining evening of networking, cocktails, appetizers, friendly competition (e.g., highest heel, best strut) and more! This event is co-sponsored by the WBAI, CBA, Decalogue, FLASH, and Lady Lawyers Who Lunch.

Please the CBA and DCBA as we honor Illinois Supreme Court Chief Justice Mary Jane Theis. Chief Judge Bonnie Wheaton from the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit will lead a panel to discuss experiences described in selections of the book, Stories from Trailblazing Women Lawyers Lives in the Law by Jill Norgren and how they intersect with the panelists’ lives as individuals, lawyers, and their judicial careers. Attendees are encouraged to wear purple and donate to Poised for Success, a nonprofit in DuPage County providing free interview and business clothing to women in need.
